ON THE RANGE
Reliable performance.
Built over time.
My work centers on ISSF air pistol and 50 m free pistol, while staying active across other ISSF and Nordic disciplines.
At Kristiansand Pistolskyttere, I coach youth athletes and organize training and competition sessions at SIUS-equipped ranges.
This notebook is an extension of that work: a place to share practical ideas about training, equipment, and the mental side of the sport.
